Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of Asha Udyog.

1. Quotations & Pricing

All price quotes provided for Signage, Printing, or Bottle supplies are valid for a specific period (usually 7-15 days) due to fluctuating raw material costs. Asha Udyog reserves the right to adjust prices before the final confirmation of the order.

2. Order Confirmation & Payment

• Advance Payment: As a manufacturing unit, we require a partial or full advance payment to begin the production of customized items (e.g., 3D letters, Hoardings).
• Orders once confirmed and processed cannot be cancelled.

3. Delivery & Shipping

We strive to deliver products within the promised timeline. However, Asha Udyog is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, strikes, or natural calamities in the Northeast region. Shipping costs are extra unless otherwise specified.

4. Returns & Damages (Glass Bottles)

Due to the fragile nature of glass products, we inspect all goods thoroughly before dispatch. Claims for breakage during transit must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery with photographic evidence. Returns are not accepted for custom-printed materials.

5. Intellectual Property

Any designs, logos, or artwork created by Asha Udyog for the client remain our intellectual property until the full payment is received.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guwahati, Assam.
